Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Making phone calls through our contra firm to fix client related issues
  • Send out birthday, anniversary, and holiday cards
  • Create lists and spreadsheets using Microsoft office and excel
  • Work directly under the administrative and marketing assistant
  • Run various office errands

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
